An example is the general manager.

In an organization there must be a name conflict or cases that arise. Here I will give examples of cases that exist do hotel.
          Inside the hotel staff if there is a problem or make a fuss, the staff would get warning from other staff, if staff is still doing a scene then supervasior will give a warning letter to staff, the position here supervasior can not immediately lay off staff tresebut, because supervasior not have a policy to lay off staff. And if the employee is still no positive change then supervasior kasusn must report this to the department head (middle management) that this case can be processed further, here the middle management have a policy to lay off staff by making observations for the good of the hotel, if the staff needs to be stopped then the head of the department is entitled to lay off staff. In this case the role of general managers (top management) is simply knowing the case, no need to interfere because it has a different policy with the head replaced with Minister (middle management) and this case can be resolved quite up to the head replaced with Minister (middle management).


This is a small example, if a staff member breaking the rules.
 
What if a general manager makes a mistake.??
